Welcome to Episode 36 of Roll With Peace, In Mind. In this episode, I riff on Be An Advocate For Your WellBeing. 

In “The Talk” segment, I acknowledge that it can be pretty challenging to keep your wellbeing at the forefront of your thoughts, but we cannot allow ourselves to sink into fear and worry, what’s at stake here is our lives! We must advocate on our own behalf and be Mindful of others as we move through Coronavirus.

in the second segment I take you through a brief sample of my StressBusters Guided Meditation to help you Center, Ground and Connect. It’s kinda like a cellphone call to your Inner Self, your inner Guidance. In this guided meditation you have an opportunity to meditate on the tips I share with you that helped and continue to help me get through this Journey Called Life!
