Welcome to Episode 30 of Roll With Peace, In Mind. In this episode, I riff on Practicing Mindfulness In A World Of Fear–Corona Virus. 

In “The Talk” segment, I touch upon the ways we are affected in the current climate of Corona Virus, the fears and worries we are entertaining. I also remind you why fear is not the way to rise above the challenges we face, and suggest ways to connect to our Inner Being as well as things we can do to take advantage of this time, ways to make Positive strides in the face of adversity.

in the second segment I take you through a brief sample of my StressBusters Guided Meditation to help you Center, Ground and Connect. It’s kinda like a cellphone call to your Inner Self, your inner Guidance. In this guided meditation you have an opportunity to meditate on the tips I share with you that helped and continue to help me get through this Journey Called Life!
