About My Wellness Events

Each event is created with the intention of helping you slow down, breathe deeply, and nurture your inner peace. Through a blend of:

  • Guided meditation for calm and clarity

  • Sound healing with Himalayan and  crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other soothing instruments, with the Intention to reach the core of your being

  • Movement (in-person and private sessions) and breathwork to restore balance, open up the energy channels

—you’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, centered, and recharged.

Whether you’re a first-time attendee or a returning guest, every workshop offers tools you can take into daily life to manage stress and improve well-being.
