If you’ve tried to meditate with little to no success or are new to the idea of starting a meditation practice, good news, this workshop’s for YOU!

Let’s face it, most of us are so stressed and anxious with so many things to do let alone have time to sit quietly for x-amount of time. Or you may be in a Life Rut and need some motivation to jump-start things.

For those of you who’ve tried to meditate you may find your mind wandering and end up totally frustrated. Kinda defeats the purpose right? Then you beat yourself up because you can’t meditate! AARRRGGGHHH!

Wey-all, meditation, it’s not what you think…

In this 60 minute virtual beginners mediation workshop, we will delve into what some of the blocks are to being able to meditate “successfully” and what the ingredients for a satisfying meditation practice might look like for you. During this time I will take you on my **StressBusters Guided Meditation. I call it the “express train to calm.”

Throughout the workshop we will also put pen to paper with thoughts, tips, and affirmations. that you can refer to if you find yourself stuck, unmotivated and/or agitated.

This virtual workshop is offered on Saturday February 5th @10:30AM and 4:00PM; Sunday February 9th @1:00PM and 5:00PM

**You will need a pen, paper or if you wish, a journal for future reference and updating. You can also use a device of your choice, but I strongly suggest the written word by your hand (even if your handwriting is hopeless, as long as YOU can read it that’s all that matters).

**A laptop or tablet to access the session is suggested. If you’re using your phone, make sure you either have a tripod or be very clear where and how you will prop it up prior to the workshop so that it is not a distraction to you.

**You will need a comfortable place to sit or lay down on. Comfortable clothes and a blanket nearby if you get chilly. Also adjust your lighting if possible so that is sets a mood of calm and relaxation.
